The Elevation Awards - Volunteer Form
To be considered for the Elevation Awards Volunteer Team, applicants must meet the following criteria:
General Requirements:

Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.

Availability: Must be available for the full event day, including assigned shifts before, during, and after the event.

Professionalism: Must demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and a positive attitude at all times.

Dress Code: Must adhere to the designated dress code for volunteers (provided upon selection).

Communication: Must have good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.

Reliability: Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to fulfilling assigned responsibilities.

Teamwork: Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions from team leads.

Confidentiality: Must respect the privacy of guests and event details.

Physical Requirements (if applicable): Some roles may require standing for long periods or lifting light items.
1. Greeters

Must be friendly, welcoming, and approachable.

Must be able to provide directions and answer basic event-related questions.

Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
2. Site Guide

Must ensure restrooms and even grounds remain clean and stocked throughout the event.

Must be discreet and professional in interactions with guests.

Must report any maintenance issues to the venue or event staff.
3. Servers (Hors d’oeuvres - Cocktail Hour)

Must have prior experience in serving or food handling (preferred but not required).

Must adhere to proper food safety and hygiene practices.

Must be able to navigate a crowded space while serving guests.
4. Production Assistants

Must have an interest in media, production, or event coordination.

Must assist with backstage operations, cueing, and general production needs.

Prior experience in event production, lighting, or sound is a plus.
5. Runners

Must be able to move quickly and efficiently between different event areas.

Must assist in delivering items, messages, or supplies as needed.

Must be able to handle last-minute tasks and problem-solving under pressure.
6. Ticket/Check-In Attendants

Must be comfortable using ticketing systems, scanning QR codes, or checking guest lists.

Must verify guest credentials and assist with any check-in inquiries.

Must be able to handle high-volume traffic while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude.

Prior experience in event registration, guest services, or front desk roles is a plus.
7. Social Media Assistants

Must be great at taking photos, capturing reels and content creation

Must be great at following a social media plan and following directions

Prior experience in social media content creation is a plus.
